Olorin

The two hobbits frodo and sam are lost in the mountains between rohan and gondor. They are feeling that they are beeing watched by someone and they can smell it from miles away. It t´turnes out that it is gollum and he tries to attack them in their sleep. He fails and the capture him. after a while gollum promises to show they way to teh hobbits and so he does. After many days of walking they come to the dead marshes. There frodo almost dies from drowning. Now there is nothing between them and mordor. When they arrive to can se that the black gate of mordor is inpenetreble and then they ask gollom if there is another way. First he doesen't want to answer but after some time he says that there is a way. This way however is past Minas murgul. (onece a great fortress of the elves, then called minas ithil but the witchking of agmar made it his own a long time ago) Frodo and sam has no idea what dangers now laies ahed of them but they will soon find out. After a while gollum wants to get rid of sam because he always keeps one eye on frodo and the other on gollum. All gollum wants is the ring and he will stop at nothing to get it. You have to remember that bilbo, Frodos cousin stole the ring from gollum. (Frodo often refers him to his uncle but he is in fact his cousin) Gollum takes out the last lembasbread and ripps it apart, leaving some breadcrums on sam shoulders. When they wake up in the moring and are going to eat breakfeast the food is gone and sam has some crums on his coat. A big fight starts and it end with gollum saying he dosen't eat elvish food. (wich is true) And then Frodo says to sam that his part in the story goes on and sam turns back and returns home. After a while though he finds the bread and decides to go back and help Frodo.
First of all im sorry this post was so short , but i really despice talking about Frodo. He is so boring and most of the time they just talk nonsens. This part is really important though so I think that is the reson why every part in theese chapters are just the same in the movies. You know when you see one of the three films every week at least you get tired of Frodo and sam always nagging. I wont deny that I cried at the last movie a few times and that Frodos scens are very powerfull but they sort of loose their charm after 20 times. Just joking I would never in my whole life get tierd of anything that has with Tolkien to do. I do however like the other scens better.

  1. I don’t mind that this post is a bit shorter that the other ones. You know, sometimes is better so use less words than too many. And I did got a bit confused when you said that you were tired of Frodo and Sam, so yes you did fool me with you joke ;) I can tell that you really like these kinds of books. Maybe you can say something about that in your next post – what is it with these kinds of book that so you like so much? I would really like to know.
    Keep up the good work!
